Notice of Registry Maintenance – Donuts

On Monday, July 16th, Donuts is performing system maintenance to further improve their registry system.

In order to successfully complete the maintenance there will be a 90 minute maintenance window from 10 am PT on July 16 to 1130 am PT on July 16. During this time, certain Registrant transactions will be intermittently impacted. This maintenance only pertains to Donuts related domains, which are listed here. No other domain extensions are affected.

Please note that all Donuts domain names will continue to function normally throughout the maintenance period. The maintenance being performed only affects the ability to perform updates to information or functionality of Donuts domains. The following transactions will be impacted during the service maintenance:

  • You will not be able to submit new Donuts domain registrations.
  • You will not be able to update or renew existing Donuts domain names.

Issue Affecting Website Availability

11:10 PM PT All server cycles have been completed and services are now fully back online.


8:35 PM PT Server restores are now complete however a full cycle of all servers is required. Services will go offline for up to 10 minutes in sequence beginning shortly. The last service to be cycled will be the website itself, which will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.


8:25 PM PT The issue affecting website hosting and a subset of domain routing features is currently being resolved. Some servers are now back online, while others are still being restored.
